Inter-annual variability

Inter-annual variability of the bioclimatic niche for Mimulus cardinalis. GLM model generated from an herbaria data set & tested on an independent survey data set (AUC = 0.77). Five bioclimatic variables were included (bio1, 5, 7, 11, 15, 18). Models projected annually on climate data obtained from the Oregon PRISM Climate Group (www.prism.oregonstate.edu).
